In every procedure of production, we imported series of NC& CNC turning machine, milling machine, deep hole drilling machine, etc., and in every step of processing, there will be inspection in case of any mistake. As a result, we can ensure our best quality and delivery in time.

Surface treatment can directly affect final product life time & functional use. We imported major finishing equipment for precise components processing. Also, JINYI is the 1st one in our industry to build our own Chrome Plating workshop in mainland China, so as all procedures of screw barrel & tie bar manufacturing are controlled in house.
